What Adultery Joins Together, Adultery Shall Put Asunder! Etcetera Writes On Celebrity Marriages

Image
Our female celebrities should admit that they are horrible at choosing their men. And as a celebrity, destroying your man publicly makes you look stupid because you are the one who chose to be with him in the first place. Most of you ladies want a perfect man because you have a natural need to want to fix something about him. And when it fails, of course, it becomes his fault for being who he always was. Even if the guy you married was the most disgusting pig in the whole universe, you should admit that lowering your standards so severely was your choice. Every divorce is built on those things that were created during courtship. It is during this time that the future of a marriage is decided. If you don’t have the ability to analyse what was injected into your brain during those few critical years or months of courtship, then whatever happens in your marriage is your funeral, not ours.

BREAKING: Bala Ngilari Sworn in as Adamawa Governor

Bala Ngilari, the deputy governor under impeached Governor Murtala Nyako of Adamawa State, has been sworn in as the new governor of the state. The acting Chief Judge of the state, Justice Ambrose Mammadi, swore Mr. Ngilari in Wednesday, hours after a federal court in Abuja sacked the acting governor of the state, Umar Fintiri. Mr. Fintiri, a f ormer speaker of the state House of Assembly, took over after the impeachment of Mr. Nyako and the controversial “resignation” of the deputy, Mr. Ngilari. Mr. Ngilari had complained that his “resignation” letter, constitutionally required to have gone to the ousted governor, was instead received and acted upon by the then speaker, Mr. Fintiri. An Abuja Federal High Court on Wednesday granted Mr. Ngilari’s request that Mr. Fintiri be removed and he be sworn in immediately as governor. Justice Adeniyi Ademola held that Mr. Ngilari did not resign from office as deputy governor in line with Section 306 (1) (2) and (5) of the 1

And Linda Ikeji went down

Image
Linda Ikeji blog is presently been brought down by Google. It apparently shows that the IT guy, one Mr. Aye Dee who vowed to bring her down may have finally succeeded! But Linda said on her twitter page few minutes ago that she will be back very soon. My personal advice to Linda Ikeji's Blog is, please do less of bragging and more of underground corporate solidification. Get a lawyer, get savvy IT experts and stop doing your business (that's fetching millions of Naira) from i nside your posh parlour (Your brand is now very BIG). But apart from that, I think that guy is just a fool who will meet his Waterloo very soon.  Linda cull stories from other news agency and gives credit (Is that not what all bloggers do too?).  So what really is the big deal? Because she bought a new car worth 12 million Naira? Bros, you fall guys hand jare.   Linda, be strong and courageous, this too shall soon pass. Atoloye Folahan

"For one family it has been far more personal," he said in a statement. "Today they lost a dear member of their family. They have our sincere condolences, and we are keeping them in our thoughts."

Opinion: 13 Problems With Pork

Image
They come in different sizes and levels of care, depending on the environment they are reared. In the villages, they, with their guttural sound, search through every available garbage. A disgusting sight to see. The hybrid pigs that are reared by big farmers in modern pens appear neater. However neat or dirty, the pig has its own problems as listed by JR Cofer, a preacher and scientist at St. Petersburg, Florida. Here are the 13 problems: 1) A pig is a real garbage gut. It will eat anything including urine, excrement, dirt, decaying animal flesh, maggots, or decaying vegetables. They will even eat the cancerous growths off other pigs or animals. 2) The meat and fat of a pig absorbs toxins like a sponge. Their meat can be 30 times more toxic than beef or venison. 3) When eating beef or venison, it takes 8 to 9 hours to digest the meat so what little toxins are in the meat are slowly put into our system and can be filtered by the liver. But when pork is eaten, i

Relationship: One-Sided Relationship - Aidy Thomas

Image
Relationship as a word often involves the participation of more than one person in a bond. The fact that you agreed to identify with someone as your partner speaks of your need or desire to share life with them. When sharing is rare, scarce or nonexistent, relationship is termed ‘one-sided. Most people who have found themselves in this terrible situation sometimes do not understand why and how they got there but truth is that, there had been too much giving from one end while the other just keeps taking without reciprocating. There is a limit to which this menace can thrive after which there is a loud cry for help or split but if the feeder does not stop, the circle will continue.

Court sacks Adamawa state acting governor, orders reinstatement of ex dep. governor

Image
An Abuja Fed eral High court has sacked the acting Governor of Adamawa state, Ahmadu Fintiri from office and ordered the immediate reinstatement of the former deputy governor of the state, Mr Bala Ngilari, (pictured above), as governor.  Ngilari had on July 14th tendered a letter of resignation to the state House of Assembly during the impeachment process of his ex boss, Murtala Mohammed who was impeached on July 15th . Delivering his judgement today, the presiding judge said the letter of resignation sent by Mr. Ngilari on July 14, 2014 to the House Speaker was invalid, null and void as it breached the provisions of sections 306(1), (2) and (5) of the 1999 Constitution because it was addressed to the Speaker and acted upon by the House of Assembly.  He went further to state that the letter was also written at a time when the impeached state Governor, Murtala Nyako was still in office and so the letter should have been written to him and not to the speak

National e-ID Card May Be Used As Travel Visa

Image
The National Identity Management Commission, NIMC, is pushing for the use of the new national e-Identity card as travel document . One of the applets fixed in the card has all the travel details and requirements contained in Nigeria’s e-passport. Known as Travel Applet, it could easily be used as travel document with the approval of the international community. Tunji Durodola, Head, Card Management Services, NIMC, said that the back of the NIMC e-ID Card contains three lines called MRZ Lines, Machine Readable Zone, just like the Passport. “The NIMC e-ID Card has support for e-Visas when they become acceptable worldwide,” he said. He further stated that the International Civil Aviation Organisation, ICAO, supports the use of electronic visas, e-Visas, as travel document.  For this to work, Durodola, said NIMC and the Nigeria Immigration Service , NIS, must work things out in agreement.

No Apology From Mourinho To Wenger For Calling Him "A Specialist In Failure"

Image
Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has declined an opportunity to apologise for describing Arsene Wenger as "a specialist in failure". In February, Mourinho made the comment about Wenger as a response to an initial interview with the Frenchman regarding last season’s Premier League title race. Wenger, in reference to Mourin ho's insistence that his side were outside bets for the championship, had declared that the championship was Chelsea's to lose and said anyone who claimed their team were not in the race did so out of fear of failure. The following month Chelsea beat the Gunners 6-0 but ended the season without a trophy while Wenger ended Arsenal's nine-year silverware drought by winning the FA Cup.

Boko Haram Video Shows Beheading Of Nigeria Pilot

A new Boko Haram video shows the beheading of a man identified as the pilot of a missing Nigerian Air Force jet and burnt out parts of a plane — the first indication that Nigeria's homegrown Islamic extremist group has the capability to bring down aircraft. Two weeks ago the military said they had killed in battle a Shekau lookalike who had posed in the group's videos. "Here I am, alive and I will remain alive until the day Allah takes away my breath," the man says in the Hausa language. "Even if you kill me ... it will not stop us imposing Islamic rule ... We are still in our Islamic state, reigning and teaching the Koran." The United States still has a $7 million ransom on Shekau's head, despite the death claims.
