Prof. Chinua Achebe, Nigeria’s novelist Dies



Chinua Achebe, the famous Nigerian novelist, poet and essayist died yesterday in a Boston hospital, aged 82.
The author of “Things Fall Apart”, among other books, stirred acrimonious debate with his last book on Biafra, “There Was A Country”, published late last year.
